Our herby seaweed seasoning is our most popular flavour. This tin contains a mixture of dried seaweed with herbs (mixed dried seaweed includes bladderwrack, serrated wrack, sea lettuce and dulse). We dry fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme and rosemary) and mix with other lovely flavours such as garlic and pink peppercorns to make this delicious seasoning.
How to use:
- Sprinkle onto mixed vegetables before roasting
- Try it on a roast chicken (or on a sandwich made from leftovers!)
- Mix with oil and vinegar to make a tasty salad dressing
