Mixed Seaweed Flakes - refill pouch

A mix of dried seaweed flakes with nothing else added - contains bladderwrack, serrated wrack, dulse and sea lettuce.  A teaspoon of dried seaweed a day will give you a great boost of vital vitamins and minerals easily and tastily by adding umami to your meals, enhancing the flavours in your dishes.

How to use:

• Use in cooking - add a teaspoon or two to soups, stews, even curry!
  
• Try sprinkled onto chopped butternut squash and roast in the oven
• Delicious in spaghetti bolognese, vegetable soup or ratatouille 
• Add to your dough when making bread
