Whole Dulse

Sometimes called vegan bacon, this red seaweed has a smokey taste and is delicious fried in a little oil until crispy. It can be eaten raw as a snack or cut up and add to a fish pie, stew or rice dishes.

Low carb, gluten-free and high in vitamins. 

The natural salts may be seen on the dry seaweed as a white dust - this is perfectly normal and natural. 

Due to the nature of this product it may contain crustaceans, fish or molluscs.

Pack contains minimum 20g dried weight.
